Return & Refund Policy

  • At Germax, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase from our website www.dermeden.com.my.

  • For all return, exchange or refund requests, please drop us an email at customerservice@germax.com.my with your order number and request and we will attend to your email within 2 business days (except weekends and Public holidays).

  • Germax reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

What should I show when I want an exchange?        If for any reason, you purchase any of our products of which you are dissatisfied with, you may return the product(s) within 7 days from the date you receive the product as long as a proof of the original receipt is provided to initiate the refund process. The costs incurred to return the products will be borne by you. Upon receipt of the product(s) and the proof of original receipt, refund will be made to you via to your original payment mode. 

As an alternative, we are pleased to offer product(s) exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.


What if I can't find my invoice?
Unfortunately Germax will not accept any exchange without any original invoice.

Can I do a multiple exchange?
Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the subsequent time.

 

Can I exchange a product with a higher or lower?
Feel free to exchange for any product with the same or higher value (with the difference in amount being top-up by customer). Unfortunately, for any lower value product exchange, the difference in the amount is not refundable.  

  • If you purchase Dermeden products from any unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we are unable to provide you with our refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

Please note:
-  Germax reserves the rights to compensate/alter/refund any Non-deliver item that failed to reach customer within 7 working days after order is placed as deemed fit by Germax.
- Germax reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse/premise.
- Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
- Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
